Hello and welcome to Carolina Cast Bullets. We are in South Carolina and feature bullets made for pistols and Cowboy Action Shooters.
We make all of our bullets from new lead alloy called Hardball. It is a hard lead, antimony, tin alloy lubed with Liquid Alox, a proven formula for keeping leading to a minimum. This alloy is a Brinell hardness of 16, the same hardness used by Elmer Keith when he developed the 44 Magnum. Our bullets can be used in magnum loads but all lead bullets can leave leading if pushed too hard. It is up to the loader to use his/her own judgment.
We have added a page with 3 new (new to us) Cowboy Action bullets. The 255 grn RNFL for the 45 Long Colt is also available on the 45 ACP / 45 Long Colt page.
Carolina Cast Bullets reluctantly must remove credit card ordering capability from our website. All orders must be either email, phone call or snail mail and be paid by Postal Money Orders or Cashier's Check. Personal checks will be accepted but will be held until funds clear before shipment.
